Process
If you're thinking of staying at a hotel or resort, check out its reputation here. In particular, if you're booking through a well known holiday company you can't always rely on their recommendations. Recently some holiday makers have become seriously ill after being booked into hotels with poor hygiene and food safety records.
A one-off £10 fee covers your full consultation. Pay securely using the button in the Book section below.
Use the short form further down to send the name of the hotel or resort you're considering, along with your email address so we can reply. Usually within an hour but requests sent after 7pm won't get a reply until next day.

After you've paid
Just the name of the hotel or resort you're considering, and your email so we can reply. Please only send one property name at a time.
Thanks — we've received your request and will be in touch soon.
